Summer ’09 Trip to Paris Meeting

 

Students and Parents who are interested in fundraising for the 2009 Summer Trip to Paris there will be a meeting at the Yelm Timberland Library at 6pm on Thursday, November 13th. If you are still considering to participating in the Paris trip please come to this meeting. We need to discuss fundraising, payments, price reduction for the trip, Giverny excursion, and passports.

Enrollment for Paris Trip

In order to hold the price at $2,719 for students and $2,993 for adults for the Paris Summer ’09 trip you must enroll by Tuesday, Sept. 30th, 2008. If you need any assistance in enrolling  or have questions please contact Ms. Baar via email- embaar@gmail.com.

Informational Meeting for Summer 2009 Paris Trip

 

 

Dear Parents and Guardians:

 

This summer, June 2009, I will be taking fifteen students on an eight day tour of Paris, France. This trip is not affiliated with the Yelm Community Schools. I am booking this trip through Education First (EF) Student travel agency.

 

There will be an informational meeting for the EF 2009 Summer Trip to Paris at the Yelm Timberland Library on Tuesday, September 23, 2008. The meeting will begin at 6 pm in the conference room. During the meeting I will present the tour itinerary, dates, cost, payment programs, insurance, and sign-up applications. I look forward to meeting with you and answering any questions you may have. At this meeting I can also help you register for the tour.

Paris In Depth Itinerary

Education First Trip to Paris, France

Ms. Baar is planning a trip to Paris in the summer of 2009. This trip is not affiliated with the Yelm Community Schools. Ms. Baar is booking the trip through Education First (EF) Student travel agency . She will take approximately 15 students on this trip. The trip will be eight days in Paris.

There will be a letter sent home with students in the next week about an informational meeting time and location. During this meeting Ms. Baar will give out information about the dates, cost, itinerary, and how to sign up for the Summer 2009 Paris trip.
