Due to the emergency drill on Thursday, Sept. 24th the 8th grade classes will have an additional day to finish their portfolios. The final for the contour unit will be on Monday. Remember to wear clean socks and your favorite pair of shoes.

Eighth Grade Final Drawing tomorrow
Eighth graders remember to wear your favorite shoes tomorrow. Also, please wear clean socks. You will be taking off your shoes to draw them during class.

Eighth Grade Participating in CBPA
Our 8th grade art students are participating in a Classroom Based Performance Assessment this week. This is a state assessment of student artistic ability. The assessment is a self portrait expressing emotion. The self portrait must include five or more shades of value, be realistic in style, show a strong emotion, and feature the face, neck, and shoulders. The portraits are due at the end of class on Thursday, November 20th.
