Seventh and Eighth Grade is working on Sketchbooks

Right now 7th and 8th grade art students are working on their elements of art. The 7th grade is focusing on value, line, and texture. The 8th graders are working on value and form. The sketchbooks are turning out great!

7th, 8th and 9th grade Contour Drawings

RMS art students are currently working on contour line drawings. Students are working on their observation skills, proportions, scale, and accuracy. These drawings are very difficult due to the students are asked not to look at their paper while they are drawing.
I am very impressed with the students’ improvement. Congratulations you guys!
