“Taste of Moo-sic” is the new art contest for 9th graders. Applications can be found in the art room. All applications must be turned in by Nov. 3rd. Students are asked to decorate a cow template with at least one dairy product and have a musical theme. The grand prize is $5,000, second is $2,500, and three honorable mentions will receive $1,000. 7th, 8th and 9th grade Contour Drawings
RMS art students are currently working on contour line drawings. Students are working on their observation skills, proportions, scale, and accuracy. These drawings are very difficult due to the students are asked not to look at their paper while they are drawing.
I am very impressed with the students’ improvement. Congratulations you guys!
